If you are with an insurance provider that we do not accept, we will ensure you get the necessary documentation to support your reimbursement claim from the insurance provider. A. Please make sure you call us before you are out-of your medication. You can call (703) 348-9111 and speak with our staff. In order to expedite the process you need to provide medication detail, your pharmacy name, phone and fax number. Allow two (2) business days for the prescription refill processing, any Prescriptions requiring Authorizations may require additional two (2) business days.
A. In order to process your medical record release request you have to sign Medical Release Form. If you are under 18, your parent / legal guardian will need to sign. Once release form has been signed your request will be processed by the staff with in 15 days. There is a nominal fee of $.50 per page up to 50 pages, and $.25 each additional page.
